On-site audits

Should be accepted to take over your existing technology support providers services or if we schedule an on site quarterly review. Our team ensures that rigorous audit checks are put in place which delivers an out put report of recommendations / actions taken / to be taken.

Our audit visits ensure we fully understand your current issues, assets used and offer services to resolve any questions or review installations whilst on site.

Typical on site audit checks will also review:

• Network, server and desktop checks
• Identification of future issues before they arise
• Issues raised by staff
• Review of issues / questions raised since last visit
• Infrastructure changes / amendments
