Prime Professions Limited is an independent, specialist, professional indemnity (PI) insurance broker and an Appointed Representative of Primary Group Intermediary Services.

Prime Professions provides advice and guidance to companies looking for PI insurance cover. Any business that offers advice as a service needs PI insurance. Some businesses, for example solicitors, financial advisers and surveyors, cannot trade without it.

The Need

As Prime Professions was a fledgling start up, the need for an account and customer management application was apparent from day one. Prime approached 3SIXTY as a result of our experience in the London Insurance market and to explore what off the shelf packages we had that would deliver a central custom management system. The application required integrating with their Borkersure and Claimbase back office systems as well as handle their extensive sales / marketing national campaigns.

The Solution

In this niche market, nurturing customer service and relationships are key to the success of PPL. 3SLive has been implemented at PPL and integrated extremely tightly with their brokerage and claims solutions to ensure a full one-stop shop system for all information relating to their clients, be they direct sales, or via a third party broker.

The system has been made fully FSA compliant and is subject to a number of other industry quality standards.

The integration achieved at PPL gives them a distinct advantage over their competitors, thus enabling their teams to have all the information to hand, thus providing a far more efficient and personalised service to their clients.

Extensive 3SLive management information reporting and other analytics enable the PPL management team to have a constant view of the status of items such as their sales pipeline, quote to order conversion ratio and other key performance indicators.

As with the Link Telecom solution, 3SIXTY have worked extremely closely with PPL to ensure that 3SLive was tailored around the business processes at PPL.
