With over 100 training centres throughout the UK, Ireland and overseas, The Pitman Training Group (PTG) trains thousands of students every year in secretarial, Microsoft Office, keyboard skills, book-keeping, accounts, IT and many other business related courses.
Business Requirement
A standard, centralised application was required to assist in the management of Pitman's growing franchise network, incorporating customer relationship management, advertising campaign measurement and ROI monitoring, the delivery and tracking of end of course tests, exam testing and online marking.
Solution
We provided PTG with a cloud-based CRM to facilitate transparent and seamless communication and collaboration throughout the group, but which also enabled PTG Head Office to view group wide and individual centre performances.
Besides the obvious time and cost savings that come from centralised contact management, our solution empowers PTG Head Office, as well as individual training centres, to run e-marketing campaigns and monitor responses. What's more, an internet marketing portal, carrying Head Office directives, safeguards group-wide marketing synergy.
A key requirement was to facilitate the improved measurement of lead generation through the Pitman website, in particular, cost per lead and lead conversion.
Once on board, the CRM enables the training centres to manage the customer relationship and enhances the overall customer experience.
