Hammonds LLP, (now Squire Sanders), is a leading commercial law firm with offices throughout the UK, Europe and Asia.
Business Need
Hammonds LLP wanted to consolidate their contact management and CRM systems into a centralised, easy to use and easy to access contact management, mailings and events management system to cater for their needs on a global basis and reducing the risk of data loss, data duplication and the man-hours required to keep this key information up to date.
Solution
We provided a cloud based contact management solution that sat seamlessly within the group's intranet and comfortably handled the firm's database of over 60,000 contacts, whilst also integrating with their Elite Financial Billing systems and company website.
Prior to our involvement, contact management and CRM throughout the firm was handled primarily by disparate applications across many departments and in different countries, including spreadsheets, Microsoft Access data bases and Microsoft Outlook.
We worked closely with the business department teams to define a bespoke contact, events management and mailings application that was specific to both departmental and group needs.
