Products & services:

Bespoke

As a boutique development operation we are small enough to be flexible, but large enough to produce the most complicated bespoke software required by our clients.

We provide development services to truly global organisations and SMEs, from simple brochure-style websites to multi-national.

Our business strategy is to form long-term relationships with successful IT solutions providers (such as internet service providers, blue-chip companies in the business-to-business and business-to -consumer worlds and venture capital-backed start-ups.)

Our philosophy is based on providing the customer with the best possible solution that fits both budgetary limitations and timeframes. We believe that the software should fit the client, not that the client should adapt to fit the software. We get to know and understand our clients, so our bespoke software is of immediate benefit to your organisation.

We guarantee our work and usually provide ongoing support so that customers are not left stranded if problems occur in the future.

We perform software development on the basis of day-rate charging with additional 'added value' services (e.g. project management, consultancy, etc.) charged on a per-project basis. Estimates of development costs will be provided based upon plans for staged delivery of projects and these estimates will be reviewed and refined at the attainment of each project milestone.

Our operating overheads are kept to a minimum level, thereby ensuring that day rates and other charges are extremely competitive when compared with our direct competitors and the industry average.

We prefer to work very closely with partners and their customers to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of systems development activities. Assignments will be undertaken on or off customer sites as appropriate, our preferred method being a combination of the two.

A flexible resource policy is in place that helps to optimise the number of full-time staff but which also identifies an adequate number of high-quality, appropriately skilled associates who are readily available to assist with projects to cover peaks in resource demand.
